My holistic and integrative coaching style involves mindset work, classic coaching, practical mentorship, strategic approach and a healthy dose of spirituality. We begin by taking an overview of your life and identifying areas that need action and/or attention. I will assist you in establishing clear, measurable, achievable goals and support you in connecting to your own inner wisdom. There is nothing you cannot shift. You are capable of so much more than you can now imagine.
Whether you have a specific goal or are seeking general guidance, our relationship will evolve in a way that best supports you. My job is to help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you are committed to being. I do not solve your problems, but guide you into solving them on your own. I listen with understanding and 100% confidentiality.
Online Life Coaching
Online life coaching allows you to have your sessions with me from anywhere in the world. It is exciting when technology gives you the access to amazing resources while staying in the comfort of your home or having the flexibility to travel.
1-on-1 Life Coaching
1-on-1 life coaching offers you the more traditional approach of coaching, where we meet in person, however it could happen that I take you to places like park, forest, playground, cafe or even meters above the ground.
Group Coaching
Invite your friends along for a 6-week journey! It is a safe, casual space to ask questions, process and create plans for your whole-person wellbeing goals. Engage with me and your friends and let's make positive lifestyle changes together!
